Enrollment Requirements

• Self referral through the Wellness center
• Consult from physician or clinic
• Walk-ins are accepted the FIRST CLASS ONLY, space available
• Must attend four one hour weekly sessions per class to achieve program completion

Classes

• Tuesday and Wednesday Mornings from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at the Health and Wellness Center Building 29605 on Barnes Avenue
• Classes also held at the Health and Wellness Center or Behavioral Health Clinic (13th Fl of Eisenhower Army Medical Center)
