Duration of program is up to 6 months.
Requirements for enrollment:
- Approval from Health Care provider (Forms available at Health and Wellness Center)
- Approval memo from immediate supervisor
- Program available to all Department of Defense Civilian Employees (only)
- Pre and Post program participant evaluation
- Fitness activities on own 3 hours a week IAW AR 600-63
- Health related classes on select days during program (Exercise and Nutritional education)
