Welcome to the Operations Branch of the Division of Managed Care. The Branch consists of the Health Benefits Center and the Referral Center.
The mission of the Operations Branch is to provide the interface between clinical services and the patient. These services may be provided within DDEAMC or by providers within the TRICARE contractor network. The Operations Branch monitors the medical center’s progress towards timely access to care for our beneficiaries.
