All assigned military, civilian, contractors, and vendors are required to display a security badge at all times within the confines of DDEAMC. A badge can be obtained behind the information booth on the second floor of the hospital. Lost badges must be reported immediately to the Provost Marshal Office and a new security badge will be issued.

Badges must be surrendered to the PMO upon ETS, PCS, retirement or termination of employment. Mass issues (5 personnel or more) may be coordinated in advance by calling (706) 787-6402
