Services and Duties Performed
The Clinical Engineering Branch connects customers to the full life cycle of equipment usage, providing assistance in defining equipment requirements, performing technical inspection of new equipment; installing equipment; conducting quality assurance testing and evaluation of equipment; troubleshooting equipment to isolate and define problems; performing scheduled, preventive maintenance services; repairing equipment; modifying equipment to preserve or improve operational value; and extracting equipment for disposal.
